YNOT Business Services LLC

YBS.io Privacy Notice

Effective date: October 29, 2026

Who we are

YBS.io is operated by YNOT Business Services LLC (“YBS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide technology services for businesses.

This notice explains how we handle information when you visit our website, inquire about a project, or contact us for support. Information handled within a customer’s email system, website, or custom software may also be covered by a separate service agreement.

Information you provide

Our contact form collects your name, email address, request type, topic, and message. You may also provide your business name, website, budget, and preferred timing.

We retain correspondence and other information you provide while discussing projects or receiving support. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information in the initial contact form.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Answer questions and discuss potential projects.
  • Create, track, and respond to service requests.
  • Send confirmations and updates about your request.
  • Provide services and maintain related records.
  • Troubleshoot problems and protect our systems against abuse.

Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If you choose to join the YBS Newsletter, your email address is processed through YNOT Mail to manage your subscription and send newsletter emails. We send a confirmation link and activate your subscription only after you confirm. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter.

Contact requests and support

When you submit the contact form, your request is saved on the website and transferred to our internal support system, accessed through Metropolis. This lets us maintain your request and its correspondence without requiring you to create an account.

The website provides a receipt after saving your request. We also use email to send confirmations and communicate with you.

AI-assisted review and responses

We may use AI tools, including services provided by outside companies, to help review your request, summarize relevant information, and draft responses. When we use these tools, relevant portions of your request and correspondence may be processed by the AI provider.

Our staff review and approve AI-assisted responses before sending them. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information in your request.

Cookies and browser storage

Our website uses cookies and browser storage for website features and visit attribution.

WooCommerce visit-attribution cookies record information such as referral sources, campaign information, session activity, and browser details. Our page-building software also stores page-view and session counters, and WordPress stores browser compatibility information.

When you attempt to submit a contact request, the form temporarily saves a pending copy in your browser’s session storage. This helps you retry safely if the connection is interrupted. The form removes that copy after a confirmed successful submission or certain rejected submissions.

You can restrict or clear cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Restricting storage may affect some website features.

Server logs

Our web server records technical information, including IP addresses, requested pages, access times, browser information, referring pages when supplied, and response status. These records support website operation, troubleshooting, and security.

Outside services

Hosting and email systems process information needed to deliver the website and our communications.

The website currently loads fonts from Google Fonts and certain theme images from PixyDrops. When your browser requests these resources, the providers receive connection information, such as your IP address and browser details. See Google’s explanation of Google Fonts privacy.

Links to other websites lead to services governed by their own privacy practices.

How long information is kept

Contact requests are stored on our website and transferred to our internal support system. Copies may also remain in email, logs, and backups.

These records do not currently have a consistently enforced automatic deletion deadline. Closing a support request does not automatically delete its records.

You may contact us to request deletion. We will review your request, including whether particular records need to be retained for ongoing services, legal obligations, or disputes.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can choose not to submit optional information. We do need sufficient contact details and information about your request to respond.

To ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion, use our Contact Us page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Updates to this notice

We will revise this notice as our practices change and update the effective date above.
